Daniel T. Accordino
Chairman of the Board, CEO and President, Director

Daniel T. Accordino has been Chairman of the Board of the Company since January 2015 and President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of the Company since February 1993. Before that, Mr. Accordino served as Executive Vice President—Operations from December 1986 and as Senior Vice President of Carrols from April 1984. From 1979 to April 1984, he was Vice President of Carrols responsible for restaurant operations, having previously served as our Assistant Director of Restaurant Operations. Mr. Accordino has been an employee of ours since 1972.

    Anthony E. Hull
    Chief Financial Officer
    Anthony E. Hull has served as Chief Financial Officer since January 2020. Mr. Hull most recently served a Senior Advisor on corporate strategy and capital markets projects at Realogy Holdings Corp. and previously was the company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer from 2006 to 2018. During his tenure, he was responsible for financial and strategic planning, accounting, budgeting, capital structure, controls and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, procurement, and facilities, among other disciplines. Previously, Mr. Hull served as Executive Vice President, Finance at Cendant Corporation from 2003 to 2005. At Cendant he was responsible for financial, strategic, and capital planning and sourced, managed, and executed company-wide domestic and international mergers and acquisitions activity. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hull was Head of Finance, Accounting and IT at DreamWorks, LLC from 1996 to 2003; Chief Financial Officer at King World Productions, Inc. from 1994 to 1995; and Corporate Vice President, Financial Planning at Paramount Communications, Inc. from 1990 to 1994. He began his career at Morgan Stanley & Co. in the mergers and acquisitions department for the media/entertainment group, where he served as Associate and later Vice President from 1984 to 1990.
      Markus Hartmann
      General Counsel
      Markus Hartmann has served as General Counsel since February 14, 2020. Mr. Hartmann most recently was the Vice President for Technical Compliance at Mercedes-Benz Research & Development North America, Inc. (a Daimler Company) (XETR: DDAIF). During his tenure, he was responsible for establishing the technical compliance function in North America for Daimler’s passenger car and vans division. Mr. Hartmann previously served as the North American General Counsel for Sandoz, Inc. (a division of Novartis) (NYSE: NVS), as well as the European and North American General Counsel for Reckitt Benckiser (LSE:RB) while living and working as an expatriate in the Netherlands. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hartmann flew CH-46 Helicopters as a Marine pilot during Desert Shield/Storm. After graduating from law school, then Major Hartmann was designated a Judge Advocate in the Marine Corps Reserve and served as the Staff Judge Advocate to the commander of the Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa (Djibouti) in 2005. Mr. Hartmann retired from the Marine Corps Reserve at the rank of Colonel in 2014. He holds a JD from Harvard Law School, an MBA from Le Moyne College and a BA from The Colorado College.
